Ready to return to comittment

I'm back from all the emotional intensity of LA, the death of our beloved Patcho, and a relaxing and wonderful stay in Lake Tahoe. Ready to get back to seder. Tomorrow morning I will start with abs and a quick jog. My mind is clear. I am relaxed, open, and in the perfect mindset to put in work!
